Material, structure and configuration

● The main body is welded from high-quality carbon steel rectangular tubes. The bed frame is a 60*40X1.2 square tube, the bed legs are a 50*50X1.5 square tube, and the reinforced connecting tube is a 30*30X1.5 square tube.

● The bed legs and reinforced connecting pipes are detachable structures, which are convenient for transportation and installation.

● The mattress is made of high-grade PU cover, wrapped with high-quality high-elastic sponge with a thickness of 50mm, high-quality wooden board with a thickness of 12mm, and the mattress and bed frame are firmly locked.

● The mattress is equipped with ventilation holes and grooves on both sides for hanging arms. A support pad is provided under the ventilation holes to place arms, mobile phones, etc. to prevent arms from hanging down for a long time.

● The bed legs are equipped with rubber sleeves to prevent slipping and reduce shock when in contact with the ground.

● After degreasing and rust removal, the steel parts of the whole bed are treated with double phosphating + electrostatic antibacterial powder coating and SGS international standard coating. The bed coating has passed the provincial agency inspection and certification, and is antibacterial, acid and alkali corrosion resistant, and fading resistant, effectively extending the service life.
